If you have a question about your order, please email us. We will assist you as soon as possible. Since most of our team travels to Women of Joy events, please be patient. Our ability to assist you may be limited while we are traveling or setting up for an event.

Pickup: We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive this notification before you come to the pickup table. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

We will need to see your email notification with order number when you pick it up.

Out of Stock Items: If an item is out of stock at your event location, check womenofjoy.org to see if it might be available for shipment from our office (shipping charges apply). Please do not place pickup orders from an event location you will not be attending. Pickup orders will not be shipped.
